O que é contra-melodia?
Na música, uma contra-melodia (muitas vezes contramelodia) éuma sequência de notas, percebida como uma melodia, escrita para ser tocada simultaneamente com uma melodia principal mais proeminente.
Um ótimo exemplo de contramelodia no gênero de música pop é“Scarborough Fair/Cântico” de Simon & Garfunkel, bem como durante o refrão final de Genesis' No.
